End Of Summer
Well I just did my 2nd 1/2 Marathon on Sept13 and finished in a PR time of 1:52:47, blew 10 minutes of my May10th time. I plan another Half in May8/2016 and plan on PRing that in under 1:50:00. I also plan on my 1st FULL Marathon October 2016 8-)

Processed meat alternative.
Ok so I'm usually eating on the go at work and a sandwhich is usually the easiest solution. I've found low calories lunch meats but are high in sodium as all processed meats are. Any suggestions on a low calories substitute and low sodium?

BMR/TDEE question
Ok for last 5 months I set my daily intake at 1500 calories knowing that was a minimal for males. At the time I weighed 265lbs now down to 195lbs. As per BMR and TDEE calculations my BMR is 1745 and my TDEE is 2628 for my exercise level at my current weight. Should I be eating at least my BMR daily for my body functions?…
