So I've been counting my macros for awhile. On a 40/30/30 atm.
Question regarding exercise and macro increases. MFP increases the daily amounts as I exercise. Do I need to meet those requirements or just stick to my 1% body weight protein daily , same with carbs and fats. I don't lift heavy, but lift along with cardio. Goals are to cut down the body fat %.

It depends. If you are technically following MFP's methods (which are based on NEAT), then yes. If you are doing TDEE, then no because it includes exercise calories.

So If I'm following MFP I should keep close to the increased Macro amounts (protein/carbs/Fats), due to increased daily exercise. meaning one day I need to eat lets say 160ish grams protein then workout and have to eat more protein that day, same with other macros

I don't know exactly what is ideal... you might prefer the TDEE method to make it simpler for you.

What I do is follow the 1g protein for every lb of lean body mass. Then I also limit starchy/sugary sources of carbs to 30g per meal. I don't worry about total carbs but it stays generally at a pretty moderate level. I don't pay attention to fat amounts.
