I love my Polar FT7 I burn approx. 400cals in 36 mins of running. It all depends what zone I'm in. Most of the time I'm at 140bpm. Check Amazon for Polar FT7's under $100 to your door. Way cheaper than local stores 8)

I'm running in Brooks Ravenna 5's. Nice bright red ones LOL. I use them on both treadmil and road. Seem to be holding out well. Extremely light and well vented, very cushiny. I wanted Ravenna 4'scause of the electric blue color but picked these up. A little pricey $180CDN . Got them at The Running Room. They put me on a…

I'm new to protein powders so I just bought Body Fortress from Walmart. Its the Protein Isolate with less carbs. I love the chocolate mixed with plain almond milk. I'm trying the vanilla and its not bad. 1 scoop is 130 cals and 30 g protein

That's great. I'm heading out on vacation for a week and was wondering what to do.
-
Well lets say MFP says to eat 1500 cals daily. You can try day1 1700, day2 1200, day3 1500...etc......As long as the week averages out the same. For me when I "binge" I use the weekly totally rather than a daily total, keeps me from worrying to much about going over a day or 2. But 1200 I think is bare minimum for females,…

Agree with other posters. Tomorrow is a new day and don't look back. If you are really worried about it try and compensate for the rest of the week, eating a little less every day. But a one day binge just keeps your metabolism guessing, well that's my excuse LOL 8)

Excellent Job !!

Maybe you are at a plateau? Try calorie cycling for a week or so. I've stalled a few times in the last 7 months, but the calorie cycling worked for me 8) Good luck.

.5 in the serving box rather than 1 for 1 cup MFP = My Fitness Pal 8)
-
0.5. What I've been doing if there's a recommended serving lets say potato chips, cause that's what I'm eating atm. Serving on the label and MFP is 21 chips, I only eat 13. So to adjust calories and macros I divide my serving by the suggested one on MFP or food label. Works also if you are going over the serving .

Great Job man!!. I started in February 2014 at 265lbs+ and its now August and am at 179lbs. End goal is probably 150-160, then start on a steady weight training routine. Stories like these help the rest of us stay motivated knowing it can be done. 8)

I'm 42, 5'7 and started at 265lbs, I found a nice casual walk got me started, maybe like 2km then 3/4/5. Now I'm running 5km daily and at 179lbs. Main thing listen to your body, stop when things get to be too much. A treadmill is great if you are self conscious as I was when I started. Good Luck 8)
