I've been on a plant based diet for a while.. I feel better, have tons more energy, and find it a lot easier to lose weight. That's just my personal experience, not saying it's how everyone else should eat.

Finished W2D2 last night! Looking forward to my next run tomorrow! I may repeat this week if I struggle... but I plan on graduating. Never give up. Running a 5K is something I'm really wanting to do.

My body prefers a plant based diet as well. :) I second that Pinterest is a great place to find tons of vegan recipes.

I use a (Runtastic) pedometer phone app and just sync that to MFP when I'm done.

I'll second the Couch to 5K walk/run interval training... it's great! Download the app, add some great music to your playlist, then... just GO! :)

I'd love to start this program! I did a 5K yesterday for fun and did better than I thought but did have to walk/jog... my goal is to run the entire time.

If there's room under your desk you could always get one of those exercise peddlers... better than nothing!

When I ate meat I didn't go everyday.... now that I'm vegan I go every morning like clockwork.
