Wow, our SW, goal weight and height are essentially the same. I've had trouble getting below 148 for several months now, but I'd love to be between 120-130.

Awesome! Jillian kicks my butt big time. I still have about 25 lbs to lose (aka still have a flabby mid-section), but I definitely already have more visibly more defined abs and obliques than before. I started 30DS a while back, and recently, I started RI30. OH MY GOSH. So much harder!! Haha. Love it though. :)

You have to pay to get in, but the Spy Museum or the Newseum are both really cool. I also really like the Library of Congress (behind the Capitol). I wouldn't bother with the National Zoo... it's free but not really a lot of write home about. As cool as dinosaurs are, I think the Natural History museum needs a serious…

It took 6 months for people to start saying stuff about my weight change. Sometimes, people just are slow or feel uncomfortable. :) Keep up the good work!

I lived in Asia for about three years.... biggest piece of advice.... eat as little white rice as possible and you should have no trouble not gaining weight. It will be everywhere. Unfortunately in a lot of places in S.E. Asia its used as a filler (noodles too) instead of meat, but try to get that protein where you can.…
