Yeah, I'm not super legalistic about it, but in general the only liquid cals come from skim milk. It not only helps my waist line, but my wallet too. Haha. I'm sure happy hour is less "happy" though. ;- )

As far as fast food goes.... it's better than having a big mac and fries. Some of their subs are obviously healthier than others. I usually get chicken breast w/o any mayo, loads of veggies, on whole wheat, and it's alright.

I've only used Rosetta Stone a little bit, and it's good... but for someone to "learn" a language from software-- even the best-- it takes practicing EVERY day and then also practicing aloud too....

I've struggled with emotional eating too for most of my life... it seems like I get into a habit of it, and it takes a lot to break the habit... add me if you want to! I'd love to hear more about how you all fight against that urge. :) <3

That is awesome. :) I hate running too, and started Couch to 5K... the first time I could run for longer than 90 seconds without dying, I was so excited. So, good job!

I just started here this week too. I was just incredibly overwhelmed by my food-related, guilt. I've felt a lot of relief here in the past few days.
