I like to eat foods that pack more of a "punch" so that I don't get hungry. Things like Cottage Cheese, Bananas, Toast and Peanut Butter, Apples... Things that are filling for me so I am not looking for something to eat an hour later.

Hi, Its great to have an ultimate goal in mind. My goal is a 100 lb loss but aiming for an event is just as good. I would love to get to the point where running is enjoyable again. Best of luck on your journey. Feel free to add me if you would like :)
