I don't think a 25 lb loss would obscure that tattoo. Especially if it is a small one. I have two on my arm and one on my chest and they look the same... I just look a little smaller.

Not a doctor here... But I would say that a strictly vegetable diet would miss out on several valuable nutrition needs for your body. I think the most productive diet is balanced, something that I personally can sustain. For both health and taste. Congratulations to your friend. What works for one may not work for another.

This is just me. I gave up thinking what people think of me awhile ago. I used to be self conscience to the point it was stopping me from doing some things I wanted to. I am eating healthy and moderate for me and my family. Looking good is nice as well. But it has to mean more than that, I think. Take the compliment :)…
