Ugh...
You eat under calorie goal all week. Regular exercise etc. Step on the scale for my weekly monday weigh-in. No..... loss... Ugh! How frustrating is that! I know I need to look big picture. I have lost 50 lbs in 3 months. It just feels like with 335 lbs on my body I shouldn't have 0 loss weeks :(

Small Victorys
Today for the first time in years I jogged again. I was on my evening walk, about 1 mile in and I said... what the heck... I will try. Slow jog .25 miles. 2 months ago and 45 lbs before I could have never done that. Stay the course friends... Weight loss is life gain !

Food Guilt
Things on my diet have been going really well. I was at 387 and have dropped to 365 in 3 weeks. I eat between 1700-2000 calories a day. Maintenance eating...
Do you eat when you are not hungry so you can stay on a schedule. For instance last night when I normally eat supper 5:00 PM, I was not hungry. I didn't feel like I needed anything to eat.
