Hello :)

Just another newbie getting started on this site. I have been logging for the last 8 days and really enjoying the structure. Its comforting to know exactly what I am putting into my body, how much it counts and where it puts me for the day. I began my weight loss journey on June 1st and am down 32 lbs so far. In the beginning it comes off fast :)... especially if you have a lot to lose. I understand during the start that I was not eating enough to lose healthy. I was starving myself. Anyway...this site helps me set goals and realistic eating to achieve them.

I love this program and am going to continue it to help reach my goals

    Welcome!! I love this site also! :) Wow 32 lbs already that is a lot of weight in 3 weeks :) I am not sure your starting weight so I know it is possibly but make sure you are loosing it healthy and changing habits so it stays off! :) Nice to meet you :) and Good luck! :)
