I have had this problem and find that taking magnesium in the evening really helps.

I don't log it because I always drink at least 3-4 litres a day and it's annoying to keep clicking the arrow on the water tracker to record it! I might record it if I could just type in the amount.

I drink almond milk now that cow milk upsets my stomach. I think it has a nice mild, nutty flavor which I like, and it has more calcium than cow milk.

I love avocados! When I have hard boiled eggs in fridge I'll quarter one or two (sometimes removing the yolks), do the same for avocado, sprinke on salt and pepper, and drizzle a little olive oil over it. It's great breakfasat that is very filling. My skin seems to look healthier if I eat avocados consistently.

I love my Fitbit Zip! It's easy to wear and helps me stay on track. Also motivates me to reach my goals as it displays an encourgement message when I am close. I agree with previous posters - roasting veggies is a great way to eat them. They lose their "rawness" and take on a whole new flavor. You can roast all kinds of vegetables.
