I have a Garmin 920xt which incorporates an activity tracker. It dosen't make me move more but I love it. I'm a gadget geek you see.

Are you recording your calories consumed correctly. 1800 aint that much if your splitting it into 3.. either than or you just don't eat much.... AKA a cheap date!
-
Eat more then. You need fuel for the fire otherwise it will eventually go out

Just remember that these 'plans' are more like guidelines, listen as your body will tell you what you need, feel a bit stiff, yup need to stretch more. Tired need to rest/sleep etc. remember you don't improve while you exercise, you improve while you recover from exercise!

Because you clearly have worse taste in films than I do... That and the hair I could make a wig

Buckshot I know the holes your talking about, I do a spot of fly fishing from a boat on Ladybower (well I used to not so much nowadays) as a kid I always got kinda nervous of going over the edge

make it yourself. Much healthier, none of that preservative non sense and kneeding wholemeal is a great workoit.. even healthier if you let it double rise
-
You will loose the weight out of your wallet. Its a blender. There are cheaper and better ones available & all the recepies are on the interweb.... Oh and there is no way I trust the chap on the advert with a badgers backside strapped to his face

Mate you sound like my double, I eat tonnes but also exercise tonnes, till recently it was because I could get away with it. I ran a 12hr Ironman triathon in 2013 and have ran several marathons. Lat year after a number of injuries I have put on a stone or 3. Hence starting this lark... Like everyone else you need a calorie…

Few more.. An area well worth a visit if you like warm beer, fell running and real men

I live in Bamford, Derbyshire, UK. In an area known as the peak district (The clue is in the name. I guess we are most famous for our association with the Dambusters who trained on Ladybower reservoir just down the road
