I'm not a complete newbie and I have some experience with different types of cardio & weights. My 5-times-a-week plan is just for me to get more focused and organized :) The 2 days of abs/pilates or yoga are more for fun and my own pleasure rather than "working out" :)

Thank you all, you've all been extremely helpful! OMG, I absolutely love Body Pump! It's how I got "hooked" to free weights! I don't really care about the scale and I don't want to increase my protein, cause I sometimes have problems to hit my current 113g so I'm happy you're mentioning extra carbs :) I love my carbs :D

How do you *kitten* your activity level? Cause I have a desk job and beside hitting the gym few times a week I don't really move that much. Would it be okay if I still chose 3-5h/wk of moderate exercise?

Thank you all for your imput! I'll follow your advice and try to focus more on fat, since getting my protein isn't as hard as fat, and then complete the rest with carbs.

I eat oatmeal everyday but the rest of the meals and snacks I plan everyday in the morning working with what I already have in the fridge. But I usually have some dishes in mind when I go food shopping.

Carbs are the easiest for me cause I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, the most difficult are the fats - I usually get them from dairy

Thank you so much for the reply! The only thing I worry when it comes to protein is bloating and (for the lack of the better word) constipation. I observed those when I tried to eat more protein earlier and I'm afraid it'll come back. But on the other hand, I want to finally be able to see some muscles, and I can't do that…
