  • Isn't that funny how it puts things in perspective. Yesterday I spent the day with my 12 month old grandson... he weighs 20 pounds. While carrying him around I thought.... hmmmmm I used to walk around with 40 extra pounds--- enough weight to be the same as carrying TWO him. No wonder I had no energy!!!!!

  • I FINALLY came out of the 160's. For weeks have been begging the scales to say less than 160. :grumble: Today it made me happy and read 159.0 :happy: Maybe only a fluke and will go back up tomorrow--- but today I am happy!!!!
