Try it barefoot folks.....seriously, give it a shot. It made a HUGE difference for me. Alleviated almost ALL my knee pain.

I was looking at your diary, and it looks like you have it set up for 6 meals a day. But, you seem to skip the last two most days. I've found that if I scatter my calories out over 6 separate smaller meals, I'm not nearly as apt to binge at night. I have the same problem you do when I'm not dieting....I pork out after 9pm.…

30ds can be killer if you have knee issues. When I was doing it, I bought a rebounder which helped considerably. I also did the the exercises barefoot. You should seriously give it a try. I was AMAZED at the difference it made on knees.

Protein and iron....make sure you're getting enough. Honestly, try blackstrap molasses. Sounds weird, but a tablespoon will really help your iron level soar. Great stuff....works for me big time.

You might try getting yourself on a better eating schedule? I eat 6 smaller meals a day. Break/snack/lunch/snack/dinner/snack. I have always lost weight VERY consistently doing it this way. It tells your body you're always full...you don't crave and over eat, and I usually end up making better choices about what I eat when…

*Lots* of squats and lunges...heavier the weight the better. I've seen a very noticeable different in my thighs doing this. Stomach is going down too.
