Might be allergic to lactose (milk products). I have those symptoms when I get a hold of milk products. Not fun. Might try taking it out of your diet for a few weeks and see what happens. I have knee issues and the 30ds was hard on them until I started doing it barefoot. It made a huge difference. You might try that if you have trouble once you get started.

I've only been gluten free for a couple weeks. Haven't lost anything significant yet, of course, but I have noticed a considerable difference in how I feel. Biggest difference is that the bloated/yucky stomach feeling I had almost all the time is gone. My stomach actually feels flat. It's crazy. I also have more energy.
