Official weigh in every Monday morning before eating or drinking anything. I check the scales periodically throughout the week though.

If you have access to Internet or Ipod, you can pick up all kinds of weight lifting/circuit training ideas just by using search! Lots of youtube clips as well. Just type in what you're looking for.

I am bad. I had a skinny cow ice cream bar once that I didn't put on my diary because it put me over my calorie count. I was pissed at myself. Haven't done it since because there is no sense in it. I was having a bad moment...lol

Old starts at 30???? Dang, I'm heading toward ancient at 46 I guess. That sucks...lol. I remember being in my 20's and thinking, "wow, she just turned *40*..that sucks". hehe. Luckily, as of yet, I feel great at 46. So, all those youngsters can just hush up.

Still doing well working on my 10th cup, atm. Have only cheated once after 8pm. 20 chipin popcorn chips. It was kinda worth it...hehe. But, was done by 8:30pm. Won't be cheating again for a while. Keep up the good work everyone..:)

96 oz. and no eating after 8pm. went about 114 calories over target on food gallery. will do better tomorrow

Drinking a lot of water has always helped my energy level big time, but just so darn hard to remember to do it! mfp certainly helps track it though.

small handful of almonds or an apple will fill you up. try popcorn chips too...20 chips 120 calories. lots of water. hard boiled eggs are 70 calories. baby carrots...very low calorie and filling. good luck

3 days no eating after 8pm. It's a killer, but I've done it. 12 glasses of water yesterday. Hoping for a gallon today, but getting a slow start.

I do smoothies....you can hide almost a cup of fresh baby spinach in there too without even tasting it (seriously). I usually use 8 oz soy milk, about 1/2 cup frozen berries and/or banana, handful or so of spinach...throw some flax seed in there along with a scoop of slimfast powder for flavor and extra vitamins. Just under 5' 10....going for 155. At my thinnest I was 135 and looked like a skeleton. I think it depends a lot on body structure.

I'm shocked how easy it's been not to eat after 8pm, and I'm *sure* it's because of the additional water I've been drinking. Usually I'm *starving* late at night. Anxious to weigh in Monday...since I'm just starting mfp again, maybe I'll have a significant loss.

I'm just starting myfitnesspal again for the new year. I'm at 172 and want to get down to 167 after the 30 day challenge. First long term goal I want to reach is a 22lb loss which would put me at 155.
