You probably need to eat more if you're bingeing. Might try uping your calorie in take for a while, eat regularly throughout the day but stay away from crap. Snack on protein....nuts, lean meat, etc.

Like a previous poster said....use the words those jerks said as motivation. Go kick some *kitten* girl. Water retention wrecks havoc on chicks too, so that may have been part of it. Watch the sodium very closely a few days before weigh in. Good luck...YOU CAN BEAT THOSE JERKS!!

I am so lucky at my gym. For some weird reason even the guys don't use the rack as much as they use the Smith machines. I rarely have to ever wait to get the rack. It's a smaller gym, so maybe that's the reason. Just shove a couple of those guys out of the way and go for it...hehe. Don't let them intimidate you....they…

You might be a little nervous at first, but go for it!!! That feeling leaves very quickly. I LOVE going to the gym...love, love, love. Just DO IT! :happy: Work with a trainer a bit at first if you're not comfortable. That way you'll not be afraid to get in there and use the weights, etc.. Own it!!

Like several people said above...good form is absolutely necessary or you're defeating the purpose. Go to youtube and type in the lift you want to do...there are GREAT explanations of how to perfect them. Be careful though..I've come across some really bad ones too..lol. I love the gym....I can only motivate myself at home for so long. I just like the idea of everyone working together for the same ultimate goals there. Also gives me TONS of ideas for weight training. Just love it. Also gives me a chance to get out of the house since I work from home. That is a HUGE plus for me.

It's me and taken within the past 6 months. I always keep the same one so friends easily recognize and know who's posting. I sometimes get confused who's posting what because they always change their photos and don't use one of themselves. I'm better with faces than names obviously.
