I have not tried them, however, it is one to one ratio. If it calls for 1cp of milk then you can use 1cp of yogurt.

TDEE is the calorie intake your body uses daily if you did zilch! To just breath air in and out your body will use these calories. Have you reviewed your macros, ie carbs, protein, fats, & fiber? You may need to adjust your carbs down and your protein up. If you are using what MFP set for you then I can tell you the Carbs…

Great Work - One day at a time and one meal at a time. Eat to Live not Live to Eat is my motto!

Start with your macros - set your calories and then adjust your goals/macros. For example, I set my carbs between 40-45%, Protein 30-35%, and then fat as the remainder. My sodium I set at 2500, sugars at 30, and fiber at 20. MFP will guide you through the goals as you have already seen, but I think they set the carbs high…

What?? I am sure you have seen lots of opinions on this statement. I am not at goal yet, however when I reach it, I will continue to track. My husband is at goal and currently adding muscle and still tracks his food. MFP is a great tool for everyone to use. Who cares if people look at someone like they are crazy because…

I feel you on this!! My husband is 6"4 and 200lbs. When we started dating I found myself eating with him. We both joined MFP in 2011 and could not believe how we were eating ourselves into an early grave - even though I was the one gaining weight. This is what I did - I signed up with MFP and focused on hitting my calories…

SW 362lbs Oct 2011 CW 216lbs GW 160 lbs One day at a time is my advice. I used mfp faithfully which allows me to see what weeks, days, or meals are worse than others. This allows me to plan better to assist in reaching my goals.

Hello!! I bet you are thinking - I never thought I would get so many replies! I remember starting mfp and never dreaming I would come as far I have come today. SW - 362lbs CW - 220lbs GW - 160lbs I have been using mfp since Oct 2011. When I started I soon learned that losing weight is a lifestyle change and NOT a diet. Eat…

Each person is different. I have been using MFP since Oct 2011 faithfully and have lost 139lbs. You need to check your macros, calories, and what type of weight loss settings you have. Once you have it set and adjust the lifestyle then MFP will work.

Not an expert - but I have an opinion like most. First your macros is not working with your enzymes. If you are going to set your calorie goal at 1200 then you need to change your macros to show carbs at 40%, Prot at 35% and Fat 25%. You then need to make sure you are netting your macros correctly during your meals. I did…

I have not had any surgery - I did research it at the beginnig of my journey but I was not willing to adapt my lifestyle that way. I needed to learn to eat better and do it slowly. I have currently been using MFP since Oct 2011 and have lost 139lbs. I have 60 to go to meet my complete goal. Suggestion - You need to…

Yes, changing your calories will help. I just increased mine two weeks ago from 1300 to 1600 and lost four pounds over the last two weeks. I have added heavy lifting and noticed I was always hungry..duh...muscle burns more and I was starving my muscles. I am usually not that slow but I am just startling the Heavy lift.…
