It's REALLY REALLY hard. I run every other day right now. I have a treadmill at home. DH watches the kids while I do that? Can you incorporate him into your exercise? Do a work out video while he watches? I think if you google you can find strength training that acutally incorporates the baby. We're pretty much home bound…

I only half heartedly tried to lose the weight after my almost 3 year old was born. I was already 50 lbs over weight and gained 40 lbs with her. I lost 20 lbs and then waffle between the next 10 gaining and losing them again and again. I wish I had tried harder because it's so much harder to work full-time and try to find…

Yay! Congratulations! That's so awesome. I stopped pumping at 11 months but continued to nurse my daughter until 17 1/2 months (until I weaned her after being away for two weeks). I'm hoping to nurse my son till he's at least 2 years old (if not longer).

Hi. My name is Christine. I'm 32 1/2 and have an almost 3 year old daughter (on 4/9) and an almost 3 month old son (born 11/12/12). I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart. We've been together for 15 years this November and married 8 years this May. I work full-tim as an auto claims adjuster. I find it hard to…

I have exercise induced asthma as well. It's only mild though (it's been bas this winter when I hadn't had issues for a year). As long as I use my inhaler right before I work out I'm usually ok. I also use it right after sometimes if I have the chest tightness. Keeping up with my allergy meds really helps. I take OTC…

Contact an attorney and our finical advisor. We'd both give notice at work. Pay off debts/mortgage, etc (pay off close family debts too - in-laws house, bro/sis-in-law's student loans) Help out close family/friends. We'd move to Germany (probably Berlin). Have additional homes/condos in Chicago & Vancouver BC for sure.…

So we haven't made it to the grocery store in over a week and a half. I've eaten Subway for lunch twice this week. 6 in roast beef on wheat w/tomatos, cucumbers and spicy mustard. Sour cream & onion baked lays. We ARE going to the store tonight and can't wait to get fixings for my fave food: whole wheat bread toasted…
