i have the same dilemma... keep plugging away.. i have not really seen weight loss but my body is more defined.. some curves are visible now that werent previous to healthy eating and exercise....

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with fibromyalgia..i am active on days i can be, walk on days i am in too much pain.... my body might be telling me what i can and cannot do,but i'm telling my body we have to do SOMETHING.... listen to your body and work with it not against it.... do what you can.....

have a water, then beer, then water.. etc... seems like a pain when your partying,, but the first water fills you up .... so you dont crave the beer so much!!!

i do the shred one day, run the next to change it up.. so my 30 day shred is more like a 60 day shred.. but my "love handles" are disappearing.... losing inches, not pounds but i feel great!! good luck with whatever you choose!

it took a few months of running 15k a week, but my handlebars are gone from the sides of my stomach.... !!! and the run is sooo freeing... i love it!

i did the first level for about 15 days.. didnt notice much .. just a little better fitting in the clothes. i trie dthe second level and gave up. have started the first level again, and after 10 days on it and 3 on level two can DEFINETLY see a flatter tummy.. and feeling the strong arms.... most people here i think see…

i ran my first 5k on sunday 33:10, but your time is much better than my experienced 10k friends. they all averaged around 1:05 so great job!!!

my partner is a farmer.. this will be my first garden on his farm this summer.. so far he has told me.. one or two tomato plants is PLENTY , plant tomatoes and peppers a few weeks before anything else. onions and peas can also go in early...
