Agreed, I lost 9 lbs and went from a 10-12 to fit into a 8 at the clothing store I work in!
-
Today you netted 23 calories. No wonder you aren't losing weight.

But in a head-to-head comparison, these two tubers are seemingly very similar. In a 100-gram portion, the white potato has 92 calories, 21 grams of carbs, 2.3 grams of dietary fiber, 2.3 g of protein and 17% of the recommended daily value of vitamin C. The same amount of sweet potato, on the other hand, has 90 calories, 21…

I believe wheat you actually digest better, something about removing the germ/endo sperm whatever, so it has less processing on it. Sweet potatoes have a lot more nutrients in them, where potatoes have about the same nutrition as bread. Potatoes are actually considered a carbohydrate while sweet potato is a vegetable.…

I looked at your diary, and its probably because you are eating 500-1000 net calories per day.
-
Exactly!

You can view mine, its open. I LOVE pizza I usually have it once a week, but I try to find creative ideas having it like putting it on tortilla's and stuff! You dont have to "give up" food you enjoy, just modify it!
-
So true! I love working out for many reasons, one is I feel like I EARN more calories! I went from losing less than a lb a week to a whopping 3 lbs (dont know how with all the food i ate!) when I ate my exercise calories back!
-
I do this exact thing!

Honestly, that diet looks like a bit of a fad diet. It looks like they are big on selling stuff like protein, whey, chocolate bars, mineral stuff, and books! Undereating during the day? Overeating at night? Hmmm... I have never heard of something like that before
-
Haha "I gave up an addiction to foods for a addiction to MFP"...classic!
-
I am a fan of spaghetti and asparagus on the side , should take around 30 min. put a little olive oil and parmesan on that asparagus tasty!
-
banana with sweet spread on it, whether its biscoff cookie spread (88 cal / TBSP) and/or dark chocolate almond spread! (90ish cal/TBSP)

I just time myself and try to cut at least 5-10 seconds/mile once a week! Last week my time was 8:50 This week 8:35 (I used to be a really good runner so I would like to be down to a really good time!) Just slowly cut time is my suggestion
-
I do actual workouts 3 x a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs) then also I will ride my bike 30min-hour if the weather is nice- I will ride to work or the grocery store ect!
-
mine is public- however i have been exercising so much lately my caloric intake has been pretty high!
-
My daily goal is 1700 & on days I exercise I burn anywhere from 600-1500 calories , since there is already a deficit in my diet and I am really active I try to eat back most of my exercise calories. I will see how its been working the next time I weigh myself! Some guy on MFP said : If a tank gets to 0 it cant keep going.…

I love my legs! I have been biking almost every day since the weather has been nice and I can just feel my leg muscles getting stronger!
-
I am a sucker for pizza & root beer floats! Saturday night mmm....
-
If you only cut calories then you are going to lose weight- however the weight you lose is going to be a mixture of fat and MUSCLE ... then if you happen to gain some weight back, you are going to gain back FAT. :( But...if you include working out your muscles you will become stronger & you probably wont lose them

Hey , I'm Rachel , 23 , and I am from Fort Wayne - I have lived here all of my life! I just got married 4 months ago - most people try to get fit before the wedding, I decided to do it after...so much less stress!

The more water you drink the more you crave it! Just drink it with meals, when you wake up, and before you go to sleep. As well as during workouts and you should be good!!
-
I have the craziest work/school schedule ever! & trying to fit in time with my husband & cooking meals is crazy! This is what I do/my schedule on a typical crazy week Monday 6am wake up pack food , fresh clothes, and exercise stuff 7am-9am workout , 10am-3pm work retail rest of the day relax! Tuesday 6am wake up , 7am…

If you pick the scale up you will probably burn calories!! Haha I advise you to search under exercise in MFP to see how many calories it will burn lolz
-
I am 5'6-5'7 I would at least like to get down to 150, after that I will assess what I look like/how I feel , I might go for 135 , it just depends!
-
That is what I am doing! Just a lifestyle change. Being more active and just eating slightly less focusing on nutrients and stuff. Eating "low calorie" stuff is great if its good food like fruits, vegetables ect. If you are eating stuff like chips , snack cakes , and tons of junk food. You could prob. still get away with…
