I wasn't even that big at the time...a couple months ago, so I have lost about 15lbs since then, but I broke a chair at a bar...during a concert. The concert hadent started yet so it was quiet ...and quite embarrassing!

I try to eat pretty "normal" eggs, toast, hot dogs, mac & cheese, bacon, rice, cheese lol, but sometimes I'll throw in a pack of gushers, or a snack bar or something in addition to the grapes & rice on my plate or whatever! Just as long as it fits into my calorie goal!

I typically loose 7-10 lbs a month eating around 1500 calories NET. It's very possible, but 9 lbs sounds very random, how do you know you have to loose that amount of weight?

My waist was 34 at the time of my wedding, its now 29 My hips were 40 they are now 36 I'm not sure what my arms/legs were at the very beginning but I have lost several inches off them in the last couple of months :) ~Rachel

Most people get tired of it after a day, its a FAD diet. Plus apparently it will give you really bad gas & smells terrible.

WRONG. Muscle does NOT weigh more 1 lb of muscle = 1 lb of fat , it is still 1 lb however muscle is leaner so you will look smaller.

1. Increase activity days I don't go to the gym by a: riding my bike b: roller skating c: tennis or some other sport 2. Get in the 160's! 3. Try to be at or under my calorie goals at least 6/7 days of the week!

I agree about logging it, even though I knew I was going to go over today, I would rather log everything I can then not log the "bad" days.
