I'm guessing this is a weeks caloric intake?

Eggs and peanut butter are a good start, along with some staples like potatoes/sweet potatoes, brown rice, canned tuna, greek yoghurt... Depends if you are on one of those low carb diets, I suppose.

Eggs, sandwich bread, skim milk, peanut butter, bag of beans, bag of brown rice, a head of cabbage, fresh or frozen spinach, fresh or frozen broccoli, bag of apples, box of corn flakes or store-brand cereal, and a family pack or two of chicken drumsticks.

    This is a great suggestion.
Dried Beans with Rice (dirt cheap and awesome) and veggies will get you through the week and to these goals, too.

Beans and rice are lifesavers (but buy dried beans and cook a big batch to last the week)
peanutbutter (I prefer crackers over bread with mine)
A family sized container of Greek yogurt (it comes out cheaper for more servings that way)
Those mixed bags of fruit (it usually has 2 different types of apples and some oranges in it)
    A couple heads of cabbage
The unpeeled, uncut carrots - My husband calls them "Horse Treats"
The less processed the food is the less expensive it will be try to steer clear of the middle of the store except to get beans and rice and your pockets won't be hit too hard. Good luck

    Peanut butter 16 / 200/ 3200/ 6320 / 3/ 20
    Rice 20 / 150/ 3000/ 3320 / 5/ 15

    Loaf bread 44 / 50/ 2200/ 20/ 4/ 2

    Eggs Grade a Large
    Peanut Butter Store brand jar
    Rice Mahatma White (bag)
Chicken - Frozen Boneless Chicken Breasts
    Bread - Nature's Own 100% Wheat

You can make eggs for breakfast,
    Eggs salad for lunch and
    4 - 6 oz chicken for dinner
If you have spices, you can do TONS with chicken and rice
Of course, you may have a buck or two left over for some store brand frozen veggies too which will eat up the rest of the calories... And help you round out everything nutritionally.

Edit: Unfortunately, I am not sure how this would add up for macros, but was trying to work in budget and calories.

If you buy the bone in chix breast you'll save a ton of money and the bones make a great tasting, healthy stock that can be used for soups or in other things. I can find bone in chix breast for as low as .79 per pound in my area, and they are usually pretty big-I only eat half at one setting. A package of 3 or 4 would last 1 person up to 8 meals, plus the bones for stock. :flowerforyou:

A bit less protein and fat than asked for, but spot on for calories. ("I have 26$..and need to purchase 10,600 calories, containing 1,050 gr protein and 415 gr fat. What should I buy?")

That's about 43% carbs, 31% fat, and 25% protein, for what it's worth.

The requested macros would be about 25% carbs, 35% fat, and 40% protein.
