Day2 L1 I'm not sore but I will be after my hour walk tonight :) Its that time of the month so I am doing 1 hour cardio this week or I will sit at home and eat everything in the house! LOL Hope everyone has a great day and most of all does their shred! :)

Ya I totally hear you so I still have my heart rate monitor on and its been 20 mins since I finished my work out and I am at 200 calories burned. I am just disappointed because I read A LOT of reviews and the calories burned were extremely exaggerated! So I am just letting other know my experience :)

You might be right with that. i will adjust my carbs starting from tomorrow and lower it for the rest of the week and see if that helps. thanks :)

I mostly eat clean. I do eat some processed food here and there like sliced lunch meat in a sandwich but nothing crazy and not daily.

I have actually been on the site since Feb. and have only lost 20 lbs. So this wasn't an overnight decision. I work out everyday yet im still not losing so Im thinking that I may need a bigger deficit. 20 lbs in 6 months seems a bit too slow to me. I loved this post!! lol you remind me of myself. In december I was in a TIGHT 24...ugh...well they are falling off now! so much so that my husband keeps complaining that my underwear is always showing and that I should stop wearing those jeans...lol :)
