I am so glad everyone is interested. So to start everyone needs to take measurements, weigh in and take a before picture so you can compare when you are all done. No need to post it here but just keep it so you can see your progress. We can just keep checking in here daily. I am done Day 1 Level 1 :)

I dont know but I have 3 kids and I fell pregnant each time after I lost 30 lbs. Keep in mind the last time I was also on birth control!! I think that when your body is in optimal shape you can become pregnant easier.

Hi everyone I just joined. I have tried doing the shred twice before but never got past day 4. I am going to start early as well. I will start on the 27th. I have visitors coming on october 26th so I want to be finished with the shred since I will have a full house with 6 kids 6 and under and will be super busy. :)

yay!! its already 2pm here where i am. So far so good on my 1st official day :) i had eggs and bacon for breakfast and salmon and broccoli for lunch.

I didnt know where to post this so I'll post it here. I spoke to my dr yesterday and he says south beach is fine for me to do while nursing but I need to stay on phase 2 or 3. So when I "really" start on the 17th with you guys I will be doing phase 2. Just letting you guys know :) Hope everyone is still excited to start!

One thing I have learned about myself is that if I don't exercise in the morning I wont do it. My energy level in the evenings is just way to low. So my goal is to work out 3 days a week doing zumba for 45 mins. My little baby is only 2.5 months old so its just easier for me to pop her in the baby carrier and dance around…

Hi everyone I am so glad I found this group. I am 5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby...I am hoping and praying that I don't gain much this pregnancy. I gained about 20-25 with my other 2 which isn't bad but it never came off...lol

I never used to eat my exercise calories back at all! I just thought well hey what is the point if i am trying to lose weight...WRONG!! I started zig zagging my calories and eating my exercise calories back and this week I lost 2 lbs :) Your body needs fuel.
