"Breakfast" in the USA was invented by Dr Kellogg because he wanted to sell cereal. Why not have a steak or grilled chicken or salmon? A traditional Japanese breakfast is rice, soup, and grilled fish.

Yes, this happened to me also when I was doing 1,200 calories a day. Cassidy is right, you are not eating enough. Try eating a bowl of cereal with NO milk, that used to work for me.

I did Atkins years ago. My cholesterol and blood pressure went up to dangerous levels. I now watch what I eat and have lost more weight safely
