When I make burritos, I cook my ground beef and drain it very good. Then I put in a can of beans (kidney, black, pinto, etc- whatever you prefer), brown rice, and the taco seasoning. It takes 21 CONSECUTIVE days to enforce a new habit! You CAN AND WILL DO IT! & so will I! I'm on day #8 and as of yesterday have lost 5.5 pounds. We can do this... just keep saying that over and over in your head, and eventually you WILL believe it! Good luck :)

Hi MIllie! Nice to see you on here. I've been here for 1 week and a day! I lost 5.5 pounds in my 1st week... I'm hoping to keep getting numbers like that...
