I was reading a post and someone made a comment about someone else. and well some people need to understand that every BODY is different. what may work for you may not work for someone else. people have different metabolisms. like someone people need bread for the carbs. i cant/ eating bread whether whole grain or not, it keeps me from losing weight. before i got pregnant i stopped bread for 3 months and i lost almost 10 lbs. just keep in mind that people are here for support not critizism and remember every BODY is different. so keep up the good work my fellow fitness pals/

You are absolutely correct. Thanks for posting that. I am currently learning about Metabolic Typing. How everyone has a different metabolic type and require different foods in order to lose weight and just function at their peak. What's good for one may be harmful to another....depends on their type.0

Awe. Thanks. That is too true. I know people who are on diets/ bars as meals and they get angry when I lose more weight by just eating normal food. It's tough when what works for someone doesn't work for the other, oy vay. We're all exceptional.0
