I normally do mine as I eat, or shortly after. Then again, I usually check this site throughout the day, or the app, so I tend to know what my calories left look like, so I can adjust as I make the meal, and then update after I eat.

I don't have any set motivational songs. I just throw on a channel on Pandora (Godsmack channel, usually, just because it's a decent enough mix of hard-enough, but upbeat to go with). I just need something running through my ears to distract me in the slightest so I lose track of a few seconds here and there and go longer.

I found that it tends to take two to accomplish it well, and...well, I don't have anyone who's game lol. I haven't yet made a false persona to make myself feel like I have a life, but I'm probably a few half-steps shy of it.

When I had mine done, I ended up with things like noodles, jellos, smoothies, mashed potatoes, and eventually was able to add scrambled eggs to the mix. Took a while before it could get more solid for me, but just do what you can tolerate, and you'll make it :)

For me, it was when I saw the picture of my face on my badge for work last year. Initially, I said "wow, my face is kinda chubby", and dismissed it. But it kept eating at me over time. If I can get 10 more by then, that'd be plenty for me. My main goal is just to get more in-shape with the weight I've gotten to, just trying to build up my cardio and stuff more. Hell, if I can do 30 push-ups in a row by christmas, it'll be it's own miracle lol (mainly because of my own laziness)

I'm thinking about putting the DVDs back on myself. I never got more than a couple weeks in and then always would have something come up that would put it on hold. But with the colder weather and not being able to get outside as much, I gotta do something to keep up. Maybe I'll toss in the fit test tonight when I get home.

Gave up most soda (used to drink a lot of Mt Dew), cut that back to one a week or so. That, and most fast-food. I think I've had it maybe twice in the last month? If even that much. I think you just need to get some friends added on here, so you can see their activities too! I know it sounds silly, but just seeing other people do things on the feed can be a good source of motivation to do the same.
