doesn't HIIT burn more after the bout of cardio compared to steady state cardio? And I just wanna know if it "IS" or "NOT", that's all =)
-
Thank you!! I will listen well and follow what you suggest! =) Have a good day!

Okay!! I'll probably schedule monday for rest day... get the blues away. So if I set my modifier for moderate exercise my numbers would be like: Below is based on -25% BMR 1812 TDEE 2809 Goal 2106 -20% would look like: Goal 2247 Now the hardest part ever: Measuring food in Asia, it's impossible to measure food in Asia,…

Hi! Okay, maybe my HIIT isn't the real deal, I would start off for a steady 2 min cardio, burst for 10s, back to steady speed, maintain HR at 160+-, wait for 20-30s, repeat. This will go on for about 15 min. Then the rest is steady speed cardio... I used the desk job modifier =) Since I think my exercise is not really…

Nice!! I guess I'll stick to MFP, it keeps me in check when numbers are down to double digits... hahaha... and I usually overestimate my intake, choosing the option with the higher cal, while my HIIT cardio will have the "afterburner effect" that I hear of, so hopefully my body will BURN those fats away. Those perspiration…

I see, so it's either I set it at sedentary activity and count my expended cal through exercise and eat back those cals.... or use TDEE and set it at the appropriate level of activity of which is about 3.5hr/week exercise and continue to do what I'm doing and use the new cal cap for my cal intake? =)

I'm using MFP, I read some other post where people mentioned the scoobysworkshop website, so I got the TDEE from there...
-
Okay!! I'll start my own thread with more info!! =)

Hi there! Sorry to hijack this thread!! Info from scoobysworkshop, BMR = 1925 TDEE = 2310 MFP cal cap = 1200 I am standing at 173, weight 85kg, desk job. I set my activity as sedentary that's why MFP is 1200. Everyday after work I will go do some cardio which burns 400-500 cal, measured by my polar FT7 HRM. I would play…

Got it! Thanks!

Guess we're both on the same Kcal cap! Asian food is a love/hate relationship. Imagine 1 serving of rice/noodle = close to 600Kcal. *faint*

Hi there! Yes, I believe I can't do a full fasting on just MRP, I would just die from that. My plan is to go into cutting now, get into the 65-69kg zone, and start pumping weights to bring my weight into the 70-75kg zone. Now I'm in Asia, with hard to calculate meals, especially lunch time when you have to eat out. But…

I'm happy for you!! Could you tell me your daily intake? How many meals are you replacing? Or are you using it in addition to your usual meals?
-
One and half years?! That's long... I'm finishing up my second tub of MRP... 1st MRP- Muscle Milk 2nd MRP - UniSyn Strawberry I replace them for breakfast and dinner, for breakfast I eat additional 3 piece of low sodium high fiber biscuit. Lunch will be real food, less rice/noodle, staying away from fried stuff, taking in…

Hi Reagan, I'm also new to this website, only been here for less than 48 hours. I'm 25, male, 173cm which is about 5'8" I suppose? Currently weighing in at 84kg (185lbs). My weight for the past 5 years have been hovering around 85kg to 87kg, I went for a full right knee reconstruction in late 2012 and my weight shot up to…
