Thank you but honestly i dont feel good at this weight,my body feels heavy and uncomfortable. I also cant fit into my smaller sized cloting,everything seems to be busting on me which is frustrating. I need to find a diet to rev up my metabolism.

Thank you! I am actually alot leaner than this.. i used to be 120lbs never in my life have i gotten to such a high weight. I have always been a lot slimmer,i am going to do someting about this,i cant go on being so unhappy with my own body image,it is driving me nuts

Thank you and i do weigh my food, every morning i step on the scale and i never lose anything...its like im stuck on 60kgs the heaviest i ever been :( I wish i could show people and myself that i have lost weight but it doesnt seem to want to go

I am 1.54 metres tall and now weigh a whooping 60kgs!!! Never in my life have i been this weight and so big :((( I used to weigh like 50/51 kgs which was a comfortable weight for me

It really is and i feel bad for asking my mum to lend me her leggings just so i can wear something that fits me if i go out. Im not going to give up though, ill keep exercising and drinking lots of water.

I have always wanted to do weights but my gym is just too packed and there are people waiting in lines to use the weight so i dont want to waste time waiting to use a pair of weights although i only get weekends to try it as the gym isnt so busy then. I gain muscle on my legs quite fast though.

Actually 50 kilos is in the normal range for a height of 1.54 metres tall. 60kgs is actually overweight for my height.

THANK YOU. I have a work office job and the entire day i am sitting so im not sure if that has kept this weight on. I dont snack at my desk though and during lunch time i take a walk twice a week. Thank you and as much as i would like to eat more i know i will not because im a bit afraid as im at my highest weight ever and i dont want to be any higher. I can not imagine getting to 70kgs for someone my height ,already other people have starte dto notice my weight gain because they remember me as being quite petite.…

I also find it hard to eat 1200 calories a day but when i was at my goal weight in 2012 i was only eating about 800 calories a day,i was at the best shape of my life. Now it just seems like this weight doesnt want to come off. I have been in tears like most of the day because of this silly thing. I should not have stepped…

Thank you and i agree some people are so blatantly rude. I came on here to get advice and i in now way want to be anorexic. I want to be fit and toned but also want to get rid of this extra weight i am carrying.

I never said i want to be anorexic! That is not my goal,my goal is to get back to the weight i was in 2012. I am at my highest weight at the moment and i eat healthy. So please when i said proana i meant maybe it could help me lose these extra pounds im carrying,i in no way want to be anorexic

i wouldnt be so hard on myself it i at least lost 3kgs by now since its been 4 months. I want to fit into nice clothing for summer but cannot now because im still stuck at my highest weight:( i drink alot of coconut water and green teas.

I am quote big boned so i do not look tiny not even at 48kgs now i look out of shape and i hate it. Our Summer is coming up and i dont even look good in shorts
