I used to weigh 48kgs and over this year i have gone to 54kgs. I am like gaining every week. I exercise at gym for 60 mins and i burn off like 700 calories or more a session, 4 times a week, I eat most of my calories back and other times i am not hungry. I really want to lose at least 5 kgs by end of November,im not sure what to do whether i should eat less or exercise more? I am 27 years old and I am 1.58 mt tall.

You are not eating nearly enough calories.0

Even at 54 kgs you are midway within a healthy weight range at 48 you were almost at the underweight range. Eat more at a maintenance level and concerntrate on exercise that will help shape your body to what you would like. there are many people on this site that can give you advice on resistance training0

I think it's your exercise calories. I'm finding it hard to imagine how much exercise a 5'1"- ish, 52kg woman can do to burn that much off. I suspect MFP's exercise calories are off base. You're on 1200 cals a day, which I don't think is too little for someone as small as you if you're trying to diet.
but definitely I'd think about eating only half my exercise calories back. Also: return to weighing and measuring everything, and also also: have you gained muscle?
the question isn't really what the scales say, is it. The question is how you look in clothes. And with all this exercise you may have gained muscle.

More strength training and less cardio? It's hard for me to imagine how someone of your height and weight wouldn't look just fine in a pair of shorts, but it may just be that you don't have any muscle.0
