  • Yay,, this is such an excellent idea! Week 1: 240 minute goal - Thursday: 45 min (10 min elliptical; 30 min strength; 5 min warm down) Friday: 110 mins (30 min C25k, 80 min mod. walk) Saturday: Sunday: Total / Goal: 155/240 - 85 minutes left
