To gym or not to gym... that is the question
I'm considering joining the gym but have always had a bad track record with joining for a year and not actually going. Just wondering, is joining the gym the fastest way to get to weight loss exercise wise?

is walking recommended?
Hi, I'm planning to start walking to work, which would take 1hour & 50 minutes but I figure I would prefer to walk & burn some calories rather than being stuck in traffic or catching the bus. If I didn't do the walking it would probably take me 30-40 minutes to get to work and i guess I could spend the rest of the time…
