My advice first and foremost would be to consult your doctor. Other than that - start out here: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided Focus on logging your food and eating less - as that's the hard part.

Mine is to have a body like Jennifer Aniston, Mila Kunis or Britney Spears! They are all around the same height as me so in my mind, I should look like them LOL

Don't set an unreasonable goal for yourself :) Be kind to yourself and lose the weight slowly and learn how much to eat in order to make maintaining easier when you get there! The veterans on here are awesome, so if you have questions don't hesitate to ask them and they will swoop it and help you

If you feel comfortable posting your before/current photos I'm sure we can point out where your improving. If you don't feel comfortable posting them, that's fine too!! Just remember we are always our harshest critics so it may be hard for you to see your own progress. You're doing great!!

Also, on days that I don't have leftovers ... I grab a ready made bagged salad from the grocery, pack it in my lunch bag with a cold pack and salad dressing and a bowl or tupperware container throw some snacks in there and i'm good to go!

My lunch is usually whatever I cooked the night before for dinner. Only me and my husband so I make enough for 3 and pack it up when it done cooking and put it in the fridge so it's ready for me to grab in the morning.

I keep a heating pad at my desk to warm my feet, legs, lap, arms or back when I need it :) Also helps with cramps when it's that time of the month!
