Use to hate: Avocado Brussel Sprouts Cashews Onions My rule is that I always try something once or again if its been a long time. If I don't like it then I don't have to eat it again, but my taste buds have definitely changed over the years!

Nothing wrong with keeping snacks in the house as you may not be the only person in the house. Even if you are there is nothing wrong with snack food. Instead try portioning off what you eat i.e - instead of grabbing the whole bag of chips - portion some off in a bowl Side note: I chew gum when I'm at work when I know I'm…

They know and start going crazy with excitement so it motivates me to go bc it would be cruel not too. ** Totally not saying to run out and get a dog because…

I'll compromise at 350? :D :D

I agree 400 is a bit high probably but for me and me only - I would rather over estimate my calories than underestimate

I love my Versa 2 for the every day tracking abilities but (without plugging anything) I make some extra money wearing my Fitbit with it connected to several apps so that pretty cool too! I love that it reminds me to move and I can set little alarms to remind me to do stuff (take medication..etc.) I have friends and family…

Although Myzone does not directly pair with the MyFitness Pal app, it does read the activity from your Apple Health or Google Fit. If you are already sharing Myzone data…
