Omg. I didnt mean it literally. 12 hours to burn food during sleep should be long enough to burn off the calories. Of course this depends on how much has been taken. Dont eat after 8pm. That way when you wake up at 8am, you would have had 12 hours of rest and digestion to reset your body calories to 0.

Eat well or a limit of 50 - 75 Carbs. And you'll lose weight. When there is a will, there is a way :)
