Day of Week 4, Done! Loving this workout! My DH even started, he's on Day 3 of Level 2, and I can already see a difference in him - why does it seem easier for men??? -e

Today was Day 1 of Week 4 - AWESOME!!! I am liking this workout better than Week 3, and plan to do it for two weeks. Then, done for a while. I've been using 5# weights, but that because it's all I have. . . -e

welome to the group! i do each level for 6 days, take one day off, and start the next level. i do not follow her meal plan. i think i eat well, and enter my food into mfp, so i keep track of my calories and protein. good luck! -e

One more day on week 3. . .This has been a good workout thus far. Waiting to take measurements when I am done with the whole program, which will be one month from my last measurements. I will post on it next week. Thanks! -e

Finished L3D3 today. Whew! Anyone noticing differences? I am noticing in my endurance, but not in my body. . .waiting to measure until the end of next week. . . -e

Sorry I disappeared, we were on vacation - BUT I took Jillian with me : ) I finished up Week 2, and it was great. Today is my day off, and I start Week 3 tomorrow. I've already taken a sneak peak, and I am scared. Sounds like everyone is doing well. -e

JustBreathe418 - I always take a day in between Levels. So the next day I take will be Saturday, before I start Level 3 on Sunday. Today I did D2L2. Definitely did a little better today - but this is a tough workout! I really am liking Ripped more than Shred. All her workouts are great though. Keep up the good work! -e

Hey. I took yesterday off, and this morning I did D1L2. Level 2 is definitely more challenging for me, and I liked it. I had a bit of difficulty with the lunge forward, balance, lunge back, while moving hand weights. I am completely uncoordinated, and butchered that whole sequence. Level 2 will be 6 days for me, then a day…

L1D4. Whew! I have a feeling that today is my last day of Level 1. I will take tomorrow off, and start Level 2 on Sunday. How is everyone else doing? What weights do you use? I only have 5# hand weights. -e

L1D2 this morning. I was a little sore yesterday afternoon, so that was a good sign. I had my regular spin class this morning, so I did the DVD afterwards, and it was challenging. I am determined to get through this though. -e

Hey all. May I join? I started Ripped in 30 this morning with L1D1. It was not as bad as I expected, although I know the other weeks will be more challenging. This is my 5th Jillian DVD, so maybe that is part of it as well. Many of the moves were familiar from her other workouts. Still, I worked up a sweat and enjoyed it.…
