  • I am doing a combination of P90X and Insanity. I only run around 9 miles per week done in 3 mile sets 3 times per week. I also try to get in 1 or two sets on the elliptical each week. Its do able, tiring, but do able. Good luck!
  • I currently do a combination of both. I am on day 34. Each of them kick my butt in their own ways. P90X does focus more on strength training, but does have cardio aspects to it, ie Kenpo X and Plyometrics. The strength routines are rigorous and leave the muscles feeling crushed! On the otherhand, Insanity is fresh, fast…
  • Mine is set at 1200 calories, but I also burn between 500-800 cals per day by exercising. That gives me more cals to eat! lol I did notice my metabolism pick up. I eat more meals, but smaller portions thoughout the day. Its hard to not go over 1200 cals if you are not exercising.
  • Get your mind right for 60 days of hell! Lol you may want to they P90x or Insanity. I'm doing a combo of both. In either even you will probably want to build strength and increase cardio. Lastly, your food and n7trition intake will be key. Set your goals, get a plan, and commit! Good luck!
  • On Sundays, I grill a bunch of chicken breats and turkey burgers.
  • hahahahhahahahaha, Patience has never been a virtue of mine. I think I just want to speed up results. I actually, don't want to get bulky, but I would like definition. trust me, I already confuse my co-workers on a daily basis!
  • Currently, I am doing a combo of p90X and Insanity. P90x seems to build more muslce, while Insanity gives you insane cardio. The key is to stick through it. I am only on day 19 but am seeing reslults. I am doing : Monday: P90X-Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X Tuesday: P90X- Pyometrics Wednesday: P90X- Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper…
  • POWER SMACK!!!!!! It's time to get back on the grind. Get back to your basics that helped your success so far; Insanity, running, and myfitness pal! Additionally, try to find some way to reward yourself so that the binge eating won't sneak back up on you. Don't give up now!
  • How was your P90x and Insanity Journey? Is a hybrid better? What type of schedule do you do with the combination?
  • Almost two weeks. That set was just a sample of what I did each week.
  • I have one that I use in the garage. I use a preset program that selects hills and magnetic tension. Generally, I complete a 30 min program and it indicates that I have burned between 500 and 520 calories. Furthermore it is easy on the knees. $150 sounds like a good deal f it is in good condition. Good Luck!
