Hi, Thank you for your reply. yeah I do weigh everything drives me mad haha. I am wondering if to up my cals to 1400-1500 and then not eat exercise back. Would that be more sensible? The days I exercise 1200 isn't enough.

Thank you. If I don't eat all my calories back on exercise I would be below the recommend daily calories. Would this mean my body went in to starvation mode?

I don't understand eating back my calories. For instance I can eat 1390 cals to loose weight it says but today I exercised and burned 520 so should I be eating those back or half? I am struggling to eat anymore good today!! Help would be appreciated ????
