Hi Wondering if anyone can help me. According to MFP I am allowed 1220 a day to loose weight. Most days I do exercise and burn from 300-550 depending on what I am doing. Now on the days I exercise should eat 1220 plus my exercise cals or just half or none? Then on non-exercise days shall I stick to 1220? Any help/advice…
