You look amazing! Congratulations!

Southeast Michigan here!

Very curious about this also, though I don't have any yet.

Mine is more of a general "life" blog, but since getting fitter is a big part of my life right now, there is a lot about that! http://kimmerfits.blogspot.com/ I've started duplicating my posts there at my blog here lately, too.

It's a good thing I started this, because I did NOT want to go for a walk this morning. But because I'd made a public announcement, I dragged myself out. I was a little slow, but not too bad. I can do this; I WILL do this. Thanks to everyone for the support!

It's been a long time since I weighed in, but I'm still here! 272.9 for me.

My husband loves to watch "Triple D" (Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives). It always makes me so hungry! I wish there were more healthy cooking shows, like Ellie Krieger.

Scales don't always "agree" with each other. Pick one that you are going to take as your scale, and use only that one. Disregard all others. I'd stick to the new scale--that's why you bought it, right?

What a great alternative to mashed potatoes on top! Will try this once the weather gets cooler here, thanks!

When I'm bored, when I'm angry, when I'm stressed--I eat. I'm trying to break the habit by redirecting myself toward going for a walk instead. Sometimes I'm successful, but not always. Still working on it!

You could use a turkey/veggie/lowfat dog, and low fat/vegetarian chili. Of course, then it wouldn't be a Coney anymore. It would be a sad, sad excuse for a Coney. I say, if you're going to have it, HAVE IT. Then get back on track.

I love Aldi for pantry staples. Flour, sugar, oil, milk, eggs, canned tomatoes, black beans, baked potato chips, oatmeal . . . I don't generally buy a lot of produce there, because we have a great produce market about a mile down from the one by us. I'll get meat there sometimes, but prefer to get it elsewhere if I have a…

I ended up making myself a lettuce wrap with turkey, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cheese, Dijon mustard and light mayo. About 350 calories, and it really did a number on my fat & sodium, but it's still better than Burger King would have been! Now--what to have for dinner?

Get used to being in pictures again--you look great!
-
Sounds delicious--would be good with spinach or baby bok choi added, as well.

It is miserable! I haven't been out walking in days--just the bare minimum on the Wii. I miss my early morning walks!

I'm actually putting off getting my hair cut until the weather cools off. It's long enough now to keep up in a ponytail or bun, so it's totally off my neck. I would need to probably shave my head in order to get it short enough to keep it off my neck! Of course, I'm also not getting it cut because I can't figure out what I…

I make this all the time in the summer, but with lime juice instead of lemon. Sometimes I add quinoa to it, and I've recently started adding blanched broccoli, which really bulks it up in a healthy way. LOVE!

I think a big difference here is that you aren't putting your excesses on YouTube. Once you do that, you're basically begging for judgement and comments. I saw the thread, but didn't post and didn't see the video. When I realized what was going on, I realized that it wasn't a positive thing in any way, so I kept on going.…

Just saw it this afternoon with older daughter & hubby. A friend asked me, "Did you cry?" Um, duh! Of course I cried!

I like Cook Yourself Thin, Cook Yourself Thin Faster and anything by Ellie Krieger. They don't rely too heavily on chemical "Frankenfood," and there are lots of recipes that look appetizing.

We do this quite frequently, especially in summer. Refreshing!

We got one in late winter, and it was a lifesaver when I didn't want to walk outside. There are a lot of fun games as well as basic aerobic options.

Add me--I homeschool my two daughters, and sometimes being home all day is a big temptation. The other side of that coin is that if I'm home, it's easier to make a healthy dinner than if I'm gone all day. For instance, I thought we would be gone today, and I wasn't sure if I'd have time to make the dinner I planned. But…

What a great feeling!

We're homeschooling our 12 & 9 year old daughters. We've cut back on school in the summer (lots of other stuff going on), so just doing a little math to keep it fresh. It's a lot easier now that they're older and getting more autonomous.

277.3 this morning.

No, I'm not eating my exercise calories and yes, I'm losing weight consistently as long as I don't have serious binges. I anticipate that I might need to start eating them back as I get closer to my goal weight, though. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

No matter what the reasons are, it's still MY CHOICE to eat what I eat.
