My favorite cleanse always does the trick..... Bud light draft at night and black coffee the next morning. All clean by noon.

Not a big soccer fan but slowly learning. I have found the World Cup very entertaining. Being realistic, I know it's an uphill battle for the US but I'll cheer them on. I'm also jumping on the Argentina bandwagon to win it all.

Thanks for the quick responses! it's just seems so overwhelming and so far away. I've been there before but its such a distant past. Seems likle starting over the second time, or 100th time, is so much harder. Like it was said, baby steps.
