I agree IF should come naturally after a person has broken their bad food habits. I just don't want anyone to try IF for 2 days and give up because it doesn't come naturally at first. Some of our bodies will go through an uncomfortable detox due to years of unhealthy eating.

Hello everyone, I'm happy to find this group. I started a Keto and Intermittent fasting lifestyle last month and i've been losing 3-5 pounds a week. Last Saturday, I went out for drinks with my girl friends and gained 2 pounds the next day and felt like crap. This AF month is going to be great!

Hello, I've noticed that cutting back on sugar has improved my skin, sleep, and mood. Starting yesterday. I through out all the sweets in my home and say NO to sugar. Even in my tea, I'm using honey instead of sugar. I'm here to encourage you all, we can do it!!
