I exercised twice a day and ate 1250 calories per day. I bought the eat clean diet book and changed my eating habits. In my workouts I push myself as hard as I can. Strength training and cardio. I am now running 5 miles a day. You can do it just stay focused and keep positive! :)

Four children later and I found myself 20 pounds over weight. So I hit the weights, ran, and began eating clean. 3 months later. I weigh 137 pounds. Before- 155 pounds Mid-way: 142 pounds Current weight: 137 pounds Now off to tone up!

I am a the smoothie queen. I am always perfecting my smoothie recipes. But my favorite is my banana strawberry smoothie. I make enough for my husband as well so you can cut it in half.
