  • You can always drink you calories with a Protein Shake or a Smoothie as well. That almost always happens to me twice a week , when i workout in the evening. :) Good luck.
  • I burn at least 500kcal, that is a goal i set for myself, but my average is about 700kcal -1100kcal, depending on the day and what I am doing. And i don't include my weight lifiting.   • I don't like the Mio because it has artificial sweetner and i am not a bog fan, But i have heard that you cut up your favorite fuits and dump it in a pitcher and put it in the fridge it's tastes so good. I am trying that today because i need to increase my water intake....Good luck :)

  • I simply just bought a HRM (heart rate monitor) watch and it calculates it for me. That's the easiest way I do it. And it's pretty accurate :0)

  • I just started the C25K program and this is my first day and It wasn't that bad at all, but then again it is only the first day. Thank goodness i had an awesome playlist. I am looking forwards to the next workout. Thanks everyone for the support and words of encouragement.
