Yeah this weekend was a total bust for me. It was my mother in-laws birthday and we didn't get to eat till 8:30 pm and dinner wasn't over till 9:30pm and we went to Olive Garden. It was ugly, i ate everything i wasn't suppose to eat, so i will chuck it up to this day being my cheat day. But i did get my 64+oz in. This…

The 3rd day was a challenge for me, I did snack after 8pm (i was studying) and for some reason i have to nibble on something for me to concentrate, wierd right!!! i am going to have to comdition myself to do something else besides nibbling on something. But i got my water in @ 72oz. Today was a Plus and Minus. We will see…

I exceeded my water goal today, by drinking 80oz of water and i stoped eating @ 7:30pm , with the exception of having a cup of Hot chocolate @ 8:30pm. I had to try my Keurig Coffee maker out. ;) You all are doing awesome.
