This will probably sound bad, but i eat around 500-600cal at dinner, so when i wake up in the morning, i dont eat anything for breakfast, because i had a heavy dinner and i go straight to the gym and burn fat calories as suppose to carbs then fat. and then i do the whole thing over again. This beginning of this story was sad but i am glad that it has a happy ending. PLease feel free to add me as a friends, so that we can motivate eachother. I have 5yr old daughter and a 2.5 yrs old son. They can be a handful I know. But you are young, you can drop this weight in no time as you know. Good Luck ~Chika

For me, it would have to be running, becaue you whole body is moving and it helps to take ibuprofen before you run oh and stay away from alcohol, salt and sugar. Good luck

Hi, I am currently on week 6 Day 2. This comes from a person who has never ran a day in her life. The first day i started the program i was scared and i would say to myself, there is no way i'm going to do this. I tried it out and low and behold I made it through the first day and then the second and so on and so forth.…
