Way too much cardio IMO. I saw no weight training in your workout plan. I used to do a lot of cardio. I mean running and biking insane amounts each week. Lost a lot of weight at first but stalled out. Started lifting weights and it has made a tremendous difference. I now lift more (75% of my workout) than cardio. You need…

Well...my opinion is its a great place for those who are simply interested in training and not the flash and image of LA Fitness. Been there for 6 years now and I love it. Listen, gyms are like cars, find one you like and drive it.

I would trust Garmin Connect over MFP...especially if a heart rate monitor is being used during exercise.

To more accurately measure calorie burn with a Garmin device (or any other for that matter) you need a heart rate monitor. It provides a more realistic assessment of your calorie burn. However, please understand that these devices are only estimates...but are more accurate than MFP.

I'm also a Garmin user..(i own a 620 watch and vivofit w/hm). My experience with MFP is they're estimates for calories burned are way to excessive. I trust the Garmin much more than MFP.
